Once an order has been placed on Rensa, it cannot be canceled by the buyer or returned without your consent unless:

• The item received was not as described.
• The item received was in violation of Rensa's Terms of Service.
• Our delivery team/partner couldn't reach buyer

Rensa does not accept returns or issue refunds if:

• The buyer has rated the order and released payment to the seller.
• The buyer does not contact Rensa with return claims

Rensa’s customer service team will determine whether an return item qualifies for reimbursement.
