Description of service

  1. The Service is an online consumer-to-consumer (or peet-to-peer) focused marketplace. We have only one Rensa Account type and do not offer specialty products to support businesses or other entity types like non-profits.
  2. Rensa acts as a facilitator in connecting Users that list and sell items through the Service ("Sellers") and Users that purchase items through the Service ("Buyers") for the purpose of transactions involving the exchange of goods, products, or items ("goods"). While Rensa plays a pivotal role in assisting and expediting these transactions, it is important to note the following:

a. Transaction Facilitation: We make transactions easy. Sellers list their goods, Buyers purchase them, and we help everything run smoothly.

b. Delivery: We've got the delivery covered, ensuring a seamless process for you.

c. Buyer Confirmation: The Buyer has the final say – they confirm the goods are received to their satisfaction.

d. Funds Release: When the Buyer gives the green light, we release the payment to the Seller.

  1. Only one account per entity or individual is allowed. For the intent and purpose of this document, all definitions (above) will apply to your Account regardless of your entity status outside of our Service.
  2. Rensa provides payment processing services using third party service providers for items listed on its marketplace. Payment options include but are not limited to debit card, bank transfers, USSD payment (All provided by third party providers). Sellers may have funds from sales deposited into their designated bank account (“Direct Deposit”). Rensa does not accept or dispense cash. Please remember payment instruments and bank accounts can only be registered on one Rensa Account at a time.
  3. Rensa is responsible for processing refunds, chargebacks or payment reversals and providing customer service in relation to questions related to the Service, but is not and shall not be involved in other disputes between Users. Payment to Rensa constitutes a payment to the Seller. Please see the Buyer or Seller Guidelines for more information.
