If you’re looking for a better deal, click “Make offer” and let the seller know what price you’re willing to pay. Once you make an offer, the seller gets a notification to accept or reject. All bids, and offers are binding. You’ll be charged as soon as an offer is accepted.
Offer accepted:
For accepted offers, the buyer is likewise required to make the payment while the item is on hold. The same 6-hour window applies, after which the item becomes active again, ready to accept more bids and offers.
Checkout:
To secure the item, the buyer is required to enter their checkout details, which include schedule date provided, the contact phone number,, and select either pickup or delivery. A payment amount is displayed that shows the item amount, buyer protection fee and delivery fee if applicable (based on location and method of delivery) to make payment.
Submit order:
Once your payment is complete, your payment will be held in a safe escrow account until you confirm order during pickup.
Delivery Order:
The buyer awaits the arrival of their item. Upon receiving the purchased item on scheduled date, the buyer conducts a thorough inspection to ensure it aligns with their expectations. If the item indeed meets the buyer's criteria and matches their anticipated condition, they can confirm item on the app.
Pickup Order:
With Pickup Orders on Rensa, buyers make secure payments, held safely with our trusted bank partner. The seller’s contact and item location are available in the order details. Once the buyer picks up the item and confirms via the app, the seller is paid instantly—ensuring a safe and seamless transaction.
Confirm order: Rensa keeps your payment safe in a special account until you confirm receiving the item during pickup. According to our Buyer Protection policies, we will hold your payment for 6 hours after confirming the order for any issues with the item. If there are no complaint after 6 hours, the seller will get paid and the transaction will be complete. Make sure to reach out with any issues before confirming a transaction. If you have any problem, you can decline that pickup and provide valid reasons.
Rejected order:
If the item doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to reject it and provide your reasons. Rensa promptly investigates these reasons. Upon resolution, depending on the nature of the issue, the item may be returned to the seller, and the money will be refunded to your bank account, either with or without the delivery fees, as per Rensa's standard operating procedures (SOP). It's important to note that wrongful rejections are subject to consequences outlined in our Seller Protection policies. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to ensure a fair and secure marketplace for all users.
