Rensa can only facilitate refunds for payments made through the Rensa platform.

Return Requests

If there is an issue with your order, you must submit a return request within ****24 hours of delivery. Once the 24-hour period has passed, the payment will be released to the seller and the order will be considered final.

Return requests may be approved where there is a valid and confirmed issue with the order, including situations where the item does not match its listing description or information provided by the seller. When submitting a return request, buyers may be asked to provide photos or videos or other information showing the issues. Buyers must keep the item in the condition in which it was received and follow Rensa’s instructions.

Common Reasons for a Refund.

A refund may be issued in the following circumstances :

  1. The seller validly cancels the order.
  2. The buyer receives an item that does not match the listing description.
  3. The item is counterfeit or arrives damaged.
  4. The order is incomplete or missing advertised parts or components .
  5. The return process has been completed and the return has been approved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are sent to the bank account provided by the user , and typically takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Delivery Fee

If an item is returned because it does not match its listing description, is damaged, counterfeit or incomplete, the Seller will be responsible for the return delivery fee.

If an item matches its listing description but the buyer chooses to return it for personal reasons, after concluding with the seller, the Buyer will be responsible for the return delivery fee.

Return and refund requests may be reviewed to ensure they meet the requirements of this policy. Rensa reserves the right to deny a request where the buyer provides insufficient evidence or misses the return- request deadline or misuses the return process.
