Any user can report a listing for the following reasons:

• User can report a listing if they think its against Rensa’s listing policies or have reason to believe item is stolen or counterfeit
• User can report a seller if they think they go against Rensa’s listing policies
• We may remove listing if they go against our Guidelines
• We may suspend or ban sellers if they go against our Guidelines
• Wrongful or fraudulent claims are also subject to consequences outlined in our Buyer Protection policies.
