If an issue arises, we kindly request that return requests be submitted within a 24-hour window following delivery. After this 24-hour period elapses, the payment is released to the seller, and your order is considered finalized.

Valid order cancellation by the seller.
Rejection of items with valid and confirmed reasons.
Completion of the return process.
Rensa returns all funds to users provided bank account. The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account may vary, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
