Rensa may not be employed in association with any product, service, transaction, or activity that, in general:

1. Violates any applicable law or government regulation, or promotes or facilitates such actions by third parties.
2. Engages in fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, or predatory practices.
3. Poses a threat to or tarnishes the reputation of Rensa.
4. Breaches the terms of any banking, card, or electronic funds transfer network.
5. Results in or poses a substantial risk of chargebacks, penalties, damages, or other forms of harm or liability.

Rensa has devised our Prohibited Conduct Policy to prevent abuse as outlined above and to safeguard our users from actions that may negatively impact their Rensa experience or misuse any aspects of our Service.

By using our Service, you consent to adhere to the guidelines and conduct outlined in our Help Center articles and our Terms and Policies. When using our Service, you undertake not to engage in the following Prohibited Conduct:

1. Employing the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation, or encouraging others to do so.
2. Posting, uploading, or distributing User Content or other content that is unlawful, defamatory, libellous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person might find objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
3. Interfering with security-related features of the Service, such as disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit the use or copying of any content or attempting to reverse engineer the source code of any portion of the Service, except where expressly permitted by applicable law or regulation.
4. Disrupting the operation of the Service or another user's enjoyment of the Service, including uploading or disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code; making unsolicited offers or advertisements to other users; attempting to collect personal information about another user or third party without consent; or interfering with or disrupting any network, equipment, or server connected to or used to provide the Service, or violating any regulation, policy, or procedure of any network, equipment, or server. You must not use any robot, spambot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Service or extract data.
5. Engaging in fraudulent activities, including impersonating any person or entity, falsely claiming affiliation with a business, creating a UserID for a business or retail account, accessing another Service Account without permission, or falsifying personal information such as age, date of birth, tax identification number, or other details provided to Rensa.
6. Selling or otherwise transferring the access granted under these Terms or any right or ability to view, access, or use any Material.
