Rensa is not a place for businesses to sell their products or services. All Rensa users are individuals who wish to declutter items they no longer need or buy second hand items. So we strongly recommend to list item that has a category on Rensa.
Before you list,
Take a picture:
Listing an item requires you to take a picture of your item. Providing clear quality images is mandatory to improve the experience of buyers and most especially align with our brand vision. You can add up to 5 pictures for your item. Be sure to show any of the item’s defects. It’s best to take photos of every side of your item. The first photo will be the first thing buyers see, so make it your best!
Record a video:
Sellers can also list an item by making a 10secs video with their phone camera. We set this limit to manage the file size and quality. Video recordings are encourage as it gives more clarity on items. For now, you can only upload one (1) video.
Item Conditions:
Shelf Listing Duration:
Shelf duration is between 5 and 30 days. Presets accordingly: 5 days, 7 days, 10days, 14 days, 21 days, 30 days. Items are only available for offers.
Item location:
List items in your possession to avoid pickup delays. Pickup locations are Google enabled which allows us to determine delivery fee for buyers.
Setting price:
Rensa uses a fixed-price model that allows buyers to make direct offers without the need for back-and-forth conversations. As a seller, you’ll need to set a base price that reflects the condition of your used item. Setting a realistic and affordable price increases your chances of selling quickly. We recommend browsing similar active listings to get a sense of fair pricing for your item.
Service/Comission fee:
Rensa takes 2% on all successful sales.
