In order to be eligible for Rensa’s Seller Protection, we ask that you only list items permitted by Rensa’s Terms of Service, and provide accurate descriptions and photos in your listings.

Accurate Descriptions:

Provide accurate and detailed descriptions of your items. Buyers should have a comprehensive understanding of what they are purchasing. Include essential details such as:

• Title/descriptions
• Size
• Condition (mention any imperfections or damage)
• Proof of authenticity (if applicable)

Clear, original photos/video:

Include clear, high-quality photos/video taken by you, the seller. Do not use stock photos. If there are any imperfections or damage, ensure that they are clearly visible in the photos to minimize the risk of a return request.

Multiple items:

If you are listing more than one item in a single listing, provide a clear image of each individual item to accurately represent what the buyer will receive. Multiple items are sold as one.

Package items:

For smaller or fragile items, please make sure they are packaged securely for pickup to prevent any damage during transit.

Item pickup:

When item pickup is scheduled by buyer, ensure it is available within the stipulated timeframe. Adhering to the schedule ensures a smooth transaction.
