We aim to minimise cancellations whenever possible. Please ensure that you only place bids, make offers, or create listings when you are fully prepared to complete the transaction.
Seller cancellation:
There may be instances where a seller needs to cancel an order. This could occur if an item's condition differs from its listed description or if the item becomes unavailable. To cancel an order before it is shipped (i.e., prior to its scheduled delivery date), sellers can initiate a cancellation request by contacting our support team with valid reasons. Frequent cancellations, however, may affect your selling privileges as we strive to maintain a reliable marketplace that prioritizes buyers' interests.
Buyer cancellation:
Buyers are generally not permitted to cancel scheduled orders. They can, however, reject items upon pickup with valid reasons related to the purchase itself.
Rensa cancellation:
Occasionally, Rensa may find it necessary to cancel a transaction to ensure the safety and security of both buyers and sellers. This could occur when a prohibited item is sold or when a user engages in prohibited conduct.
