Creating an account is totally free on Rensa. Download the app on Apple iOS store or Google PlayStore, tap “Sign up/Get started” to create an account. After filling out your email, first name and last, phone number, username, and password, you’ll be asked to verify your phone number.

We only allow users to create one account each.

Verify phone number:

We ask all users to verify their phone numbers to make sure they’re a real person and to help in the recovery of a lost account. To verify your phone number, just enter your phone number during the signup process and you’ll receive an automated message with a 4-digit verification code. Check your phone for the OTP verification code.

Account closed/suspended:

There are a number of activities which may result in a limitation on your account or cause an account closure, including:

• Listing or selling Prohibited Items
• Engaging in Prohibited Conduct
• Multiple violations of our Terms of Service
• Questionable account activity or high-risk behavior
• To complete information requests

Questionable Activity:

If we suspect someone is using your account without your knowledge, if transaction activity is unusual or if our payment processor or the CBN alerts us that something is wrong, it indicates potential fraud or identity theft. We’ll limit your account to protect other Rensa users while we investigate.
